Livio NJ Advance Media for NJ.com TRENTON -- Don't forget to check the bottom of the ballot when you vote today, New Jersey voters. You have two chances to decide how a limited amount of public money should be spent. One ballot question asks whether New Jersey should borrow $125 million to help modernize and expand public libraries. The bonds would pay for half the cost of any project, while the municipality or county that operates the library would absorb the rest.
