Before this administration, the Official Jersey City Web Site Cultural Affairs Calendar used to show festivals. Now, the calendar only contains Adventures with Clifford the Big Red Dog. Every day.

Yet, today I saw no parking signs at Exchange Place for the Caribbean Festival this weekend.

Why is this administration not announcing cultural festivals anymore?

I only find out when the noise wakes me up.
