The exact words from the paper: We also get the pleasure of having former Gov. Jim McGreevey in our midst as Fulop named him to head the city Employment and Training Program and apparently he will also be on the city payroll as the city tax abatement compliance officer.

I made part of the transition report into a gif that I posted here but it does not appear, only in preview, it is page 16 of the transition report.

According to JJ, Auggie Torres' column, McGreevey will be the new compliance officer, but he is also the director. This transition report does say the compliance officer will make sure the abatements are followed but it also give that authority to the director.
