Expect to hurry up and wait this weekend on eastbound Turnpike extension Updated 4:04 PM; Posted 4:04 PM ( September 14, 2018) By Margaret Schmidt mschmidt@jjournal.com The Jersey Journal Eastbound traffic on the Newark Bay extension of the New Jersey Turnpike could get quite backed up this weekend as construction takes place on the bridge deck. From Interchange 14 to 14B, traffic will be reduced to one lane from 9 tonight until 5 a.m. Monday for the "priority repairs,'' the Turnpike Authority announced. https://www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/20 ... o.html#incart_river_index
