My pickup truck had its driver side window smashed to bits while I was teaching classes near York Street in Downtown Jersey City this morning (by St. Peter's). The break in happened sometime between 9am and noon. JCPD was very nice in responding and taking a report.
A guy in the neighborhood walked by and said the same thing happened to him recently, too. I believe I left a few bucks in my cup holder by mistake - it wasn't more than $5.00 - and that mistake will now cost me $200.00+. Lesson learned. Take care all.
