Sitting on their porch just feet away from the site of the city's 20th homicide of the year, family members identified the victim as Michael Bowers. They described him as being a die-hard Eagles fan and a man who didn't bother anyone. "He didn't bother no one," his cousin said with tears in her eyes. "He was a good guy." More

on November 04, 2016 at 10:50 AM, updated November 04, 2016 at 10:53 AM JERSEY CITY -- A man was shot dead Thursday night, less than a block away from a city community center, officials said. The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office confirmed a man in his mid 30s was fatally shot on Fulton Avenue near Martin Luther King Drive.
