  A New York man was arrested in Jersey City after a traffic stop yielded a 12-gauge shotgun and 13 shotgun shells on Monday. A Port Authority police officer stopped a white Chevrolet SUV for a violation with its lights at 7:45 p.m. at Provost and 13th streets, PAPD spokesman Joe Pentangelo said. Story
