Great News for Bayside! Three more dead beats off the streets.
Michaelangelo Conte | The Jersey Journal High bails were set for three Jersey City men who made their first court appearances today on drug counts related to suspected cocaine, heroin and PCP which could put them behind bars for up to 20 years, officials said. Kywan Thomas, 34; Christopher Thomas, 31, and Jeffrey Wise, 37, all of the same Dwight Street apartment, are charged with possession with intent to distribute 77 grams of suspected cocaine, 89 bags of suspected heroin and a jar containing suspected PCP near a school and near public property, the criminal complaints say. They are also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, but the most serious count they face is maintaining a drug production facility at the apartment, the complaints say. That crime carries a possible sentence of 10 to 20 years in prison upon conviction. Bail for Kywan Thomas Christopher Thomas were set at $350,000 cash or bond and bail for Wise was set at $125,000 cash or bond when they appeared in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City this afternoon via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny.
