on June 22, 2014 at 3:09 PM, updated June 22, 2014 at 3:11 PM A dead body was discovered this afternoon inside a car parked on a Downtown Jersey City street, according to residents. Police are on the scene and interviewing residents on Jersey Avenue between Second and Third streets where the body was found inside a 4-door green sedan. A sheet is covering the body.
