Drugs on heist suspect, cops say

A 21-year-old Jersey City man was arrested on a strong-arm robbery warrant Monday and was found in possession of both cocaine and marijuana when police booked him, according to reports.

Officers stopped Davonne J. Bell of Princeton Avenue as he walked along Martin Luther King Drive near Bostwick Avenue.

The officers knew Bell was wanted in connection with a robbery of a pizza delivery man, reports said. That incident occurred on March 23, when the delivery man?s pizza and cellphone were stolen and he was punched as he attempted to make a pizza delivery.
