Jersey City residents wake up to find tires on their vehicles slashed By Charles Hack/The Jersey Journal on December 02, 2012 at 6:07 PM, updated December 02, 2012 at 6:11 PM The owners of 15 vehicles who had parked on Boyd and West Side avenues overnight woke up this morning to find the tires on their vehicles slashed, police said.
