2 deaths in Jersey City ruled murder/suicide, authorities say

The deaths two people found inside a Jersey City Heights home this morning have been ruled a murder/suicide, authorities confirmed.

The bodies -- a man and a woman -- were found at a Summit Avenue home between Sherman Place and Hutton Street in the Heights section of the city at 7 a.m.

Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez delivered a brief statement to media at the scene this morning and confirmed that the deaths were a murder/suicide, adding that a weapon was recovered. However, it's unclear whether the killer was the man or the woman.
