I see these men hanging around Shop-Rite.
------------ The 31-year-old Jersey City woman told police she was at ShopRite with her daughter, 6, and son, 3, when Barrios asked if they would like a ride home for a fee. Believing Barrios was a taxi driver, the woman agreed, police were told.

A Jersey City man whose driver's license expired 17 years ago crashed his SUV Sunday night and then led police on a wild chase through the Heights neighborhood ? with a woman and her two small children screaming for help in the back seat, police said. The chase ended as it started, police said, when Reynaldo Barrios smashed into a police cruiser on Hutton Street. Barrios, 62, was charged with eluding an officer, obstruction of a governmental function, resisting arrest, reckless driving and other motor vehicle violations, police said. More
