Court officials said a Jersey City woman should get a psychological evaluation after allegedly attempting to burn down a Tonnelle Avenue motel where she was staying. Hina Rabia, 30, made her first court appearance on the charge of arson today in Central Judicial Processing court via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny. In court, the prosecutor said Rabia allegedly attempt to burn down the hotel where she was staying because she was possibly suicidal. He said the incident put numerous people in danger. On Jan. 13, Rabia allegedly poured ?a combustible liquid on furnishings within room number 3 at the Skyway Motel 390 Tonnelle Avenue, and then ignited the liquid causing a fire,? the criminal complaint states.
