 Matthew Speiser | The Jersey Journal JERSEY CITY - High winds damaged three electric poles on Garfield Avenue in Jersey City just before midnight last night, according to police. As of 9 a.m. PSE&G spokesperson Brooke Fisher said crews were on site switching out the poles between Union and Bramhall avenues. Jersey City Public Safety Spokeswoman Carly Baldwin says Garfield Avenue between Union and Bramhall avenues was shut down and remains shut down until the work on the poles is completed. More
