I recall seeing posts about accidents on Grand. Well here is another to add to the list. I was in the area of Legal Ground around 2 and all of a sudden a fire truck pulled out of the station next door. They went a block and stopped by the OLC playgound. A cop car and ambulance arrived. I watched from a distance and then drove by. I saw an older Toyota Corolla (?) in the intersection with its whole front really pushed in. They already had the driver out.

This is what I think happened. The car was traveling down Grand towards the water. A big blue pickup truck was traveling up Grand and must have made a left onto Marin by the Golden Cicada. That is where the tuck stopped on Marin. The car must have crashed into the rear side bed of the pickup. Someone didn?t judge the light correctly. Also the car had to be booking it to have so much damage. It had to be towed.
