Caven Point Rd near gasline Emergency?

Just driving home along Caven Point Rd and its closed off by the park entrance & Liberty Golf. Emergency vehicles, ESU trucks, police all over!
Anyone know what is going on? Had to detour along Garfield Rd to get to JC.
