A 39-year-old Jersey City woman was stabbed in the abdomen late Saturday night during an unprovoked attack by a group of males, the woman told police.

The woman said she was in the area of Martin Luther King Drive and Bostwick Avenue when she was approached by a group of men she didn?t know who assaulted her, according to a police report.

The woman, who said the attack was unprovoked, said she felt ?something sharp? during the attack that she believes was a knife, the report states.

The victim could not provide descriptions of any of the men, according to the report.

The woman?s injuries are not life-threatening, the report states.
