The president of Hudson Catholic Regional High School was charged with leaving the scene of an accident in Jersey City last night, The Jersey Journal has learned. The Rev. Warren Hall, who took over at the school in September 2009, sideswiped a car and kept driving, a source said. The victim followed Hall to the priest's home at the St. Aloysius rectory on West Side Avenue and police responded. When questioned about the incident, Jim Goodness, the spokesman for the Archdiocese of Newark, said he not heard about it. Calls to officials at Hudson Catholic were not returned. The Rev.
