Congrats .. But I am not sure if you know that New York City residents pay a higher state tax and also a City tax... You are going to be paying more in taxes.. Good luck... Jersey City does need new leadership.. Our Murder rates are just as bad as NEWARK'S.. Give Newark alot of credit because they have actually become alot safer than even two years ago... Heally needs to go...

Purchase the Green Fiber product from Home depot and do it yourself.. I and 1 helper just finished doing this to my attic.. If you purchase 20 bags of green fiber at HOme Depot they will let you use their blowing machine free of charge.. Great deal if you ask me.. I purchased 20 bags of the stuff and went nuts in my attic.. I spent less than 250 dollars to up the R rating in my attic.. I think I will recoup this within a year or two.. Next I will be doing my exterior walls... I will get two helpers for that job.. I also need to purchase some other equipment for that job..

I think Larry and Joe's is the best I have tasted in Jersey City.. I drive out of my way to head their when I want a pie or even just a slice.. They are located on Newark avenue a block away from Dickinson High school.. Don't go on a school day during lunch.. Place is mobbed with loud highschool kids..

Crazy how Newark Nj has 11 murders in the city for 2010 and only the Greenville area of Jersey City has 11 murders as of now in 2010..


Mayor Healy and the Jersey City Police force are pathetic.. I love Jersey City but I am wondering if selling my home in Jersey CIty and purchasing a home half the price in Newark is the the smart move...
