And just in case anyone needs it, the case number for the complaint filed with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is 1003311152903, filed with operator #39.

A complaint has been filed with the health department. As a request to the neighbors, if anyone hears crazy screaming coming from the building (as in domestic violence--we feel positive that he is abusing the woman who lives with him; or as in violence in general), please call the police: 201-547-5477.

This is what the police told me today. (And when I asked if there was anything we could do, they said, "Move.")

I am a tenant in the building, and I feel that my personal safety is endangered.

Apparently some of the trash is being stashed in the backyard; some still in the ground floor. He was putting some of the hazardous debris in Basic's dumpster, which is not allowed. He screamed at the waste management person as he was informed that was not allowed.

Can't something be done about irresponsible property owners?

There ARE things you just don't know about. Moreover, I fail to see how you can give the benefit of the doubt to someone so despicable. (Do a little googling; I'm not sure I could paste a link to what I saw here--a different forum blocked it for content. What kind of a site could be blocked for content???)

Can anything be done about the messiness outside the building and the multiple violations inside? Is there anyone that can be contacted? From what I heard, the owner doesnt have insurance. I would be surprised if there wasnt a lot of violations in that building.

The property owner is a nusense to the community.
