i'm pretty new to the area too, but i've been getting food from Parkside Bistro. they have a bunch of vegetarian dishes as well as a few vegan dishes on the menu. they deliver too. i really like the potato dumplings in a tomato onion sauce (with a bunch of fresh herbs) - comes with rice. very tasty! the falafel are really good too and their hummus is the best! i really recommend this place. good portions and the prices are very reasonable. it's located by the Hamilton Park. they menu is online but i think they are still working on the website

Had a grilled chicken sandwich delivered the other night, it was delicious! the chicken was tender & juicy and was well seasoned. All ingredients were super fresh, the lettuce, tomato and the basil - yum yum! it also had fresh moz on it =). it was delivered pretty fast. I'm loving this place.
