It's disturbing to know that my kid attends this school and is possibly exposed to this guy. I hope they do a thorough investigation and talk to all the kids he had contact with. It's bad enough kids have to deal with a poor education, gangs and violence, now they have to watch out for the people in charge of their care.

I had Verizon Fios in the Heights and I found it to be a much better product than what is offered by Comcast. The picture was far superior and the few times I needed to contact customer service I was always treated with respect. On the other hand, now that I moved to JSQ, I'm back with Comcast and I am not too happy. They just don't understand the concept of customer service and act as though they are doing you a favor when you call or need something done. I can't wait for the day Fios is available on my street.

Does that mean they can't hold any other positions?

Re: Downtown Jersey City major streets very unsafe and bad access for pedestrians

I hate when people don't stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk. Since when did getting someplace become more important then the people walking in the street. Some corners are worse then others, if you have ever tried to cross by the 711 at Bergen and Sip then you know you are taking your life into your own hands everytime you cross! I'm a grown man and I am terrified everytime my 14 year heads out of the house!

Geez, it's crazy to see all of these posts. I haven't lived Downtown for a while now but it looks like you guys are really having a rough time down there. I don't recall reading about these sort of things when I lived down on Newark Avenue and Monmouth. Good to see you are organized and trying to make a difference.
