We just had a Cortec floor installed and it looks great. It?s waterproof and durable. I highly recommend checking it out, although I don?t think it?s sld at the big chain stores.

I go to Surya on Grove Street regularly. The instructors are good, the studio is clean, and it's easy to register for classes on their app.

Hmart in NYC has a nice variety of fresh soba noodles. It's on 32nd Street and Broadway.

I used Dan Harris to install a ceiling fan, and he did a great job. He was also very responsive via email (harriselectricco@yahoo.com) and his quote was accurate. Good luck!

I commute from JSQ everyday and the walk isn't bad at all. In addition to the places below, check out Neidas Bakery on Bergen Avenue. They make great empanadas and Cuban sandwiches.

We ate here tonight thanks to the recent Groupon deal. The food was excellent! We had grape leaves which were absolutely fabulous and the family combo which was a nice mix of freshly grilled meat and fresh veggies. The atmosphere was quiet and quaint. The desert was yummy - a nice Turkish treat. I truly hope this venue does well. Thank you to Sabrina and her husband for giving JC a chance! We will definitely return.

I recently used Dan Rizzi (845-492-1201) to fix a clogged shower drain. He was very good, inexpensive and called the day before to confirm.

I've had a couple of prints matted and framed at Hudson Gallerie on the corner of Newark and Jersey Ave. The owner has a great eye and will make suggestions on the matting color and frame style. Beautiful work, but not cheap.
