What would you like to know? The building has a rich history (and current vibrancy), built in the 1930s, full of original deco details, park views, etc.

(BTW, the film was "Two Lovers" with Paltrow and Joaquin Phoenix, the facade is newly tuckpointed and the lintels are also newly refurbished).
