How did you find out about the contracts that are falling through? The sales guy claimed only 18 of the 50-some units are left and the completion/move-in date for the first 3 floors should be in Feb, while the 4th floor would be done by end of April... Is he just talking out of his rear end? Is it really that bad??

Does anyone have any "new" insights into this condo? It does seem like a great bargain for comparable condos in downtown JC.
To buy or not to buy... what do you think?
