Any suggestions for cafes/lounges to study?

I recently moved to Jersey City and am taking classes, so I'm trying to find a good place to study. These are some of the things I'm looking for:
- free wifi - where they won't mind if I sit and study for a few hours - background noise okay, but not too hectic - reasonable parking availability - decent coffee/tea/food If anyone has any suggestions for places in the Jersey City/Hoboken/Edgewater area, I'd really appreciate it. I'm also open to other places that aren't cafes or lounges. Thank you!
