Re: Cleaning Service

I am looking for someone to clean my 1BR 1BA. If you have a great, efficient cleaning person, please let me know. I want to get a few estimates. I prefer independents, not from a cleaning service where they send different people every time.

Some of the phone numbers listed here are not current, so if you have someone you really like, please list them or PM me.
Thanks.

Is it ridiculous to wonder if outdoor wifi spots also have outlets? My laptop battery is awful and needs to be replaced (still putting it off) so outlets are crucial.

Yes, it is expecting too much. Many cafes have capped their outlets to discourage lingering users.

If it is less than 10 minutes' walk from a Path station, PM or email me the details. I am looking to rent.

Sorry to have so many questions, but does anyone know of a cafe where there is free wifi ? Hyatt charges $10 a day and I just need about half an hour per day. I called Au Bon Pain at 101 Hudson and they said they don't have any.

Thanks, but what about evening parking. About 6PM - 8AM?

In addition, can anyone recommend some inexpensive ethic restaurants around the hotel ? Reachable by walking or Path ?

How is the street parking around the hotel ? Is it pretty easy to find spaces there in the evening ?

I will be checking into the Hyatt on the Hudson hotel at Exchange Pl. Is there any cheaper parking around the area than the $25 charged by the hotel or the $22 charged by Central Parking system?

Just called the Regent. They said that price is no longer available. Now it is $100 more. I guess as they complete more units, with less vacancy prices go up.

That is a good price. No wonder so many people are signing up.

I am new to New Jersey, having just started a new job in Roseland. I am looking at a 1br near a Path. I am looking at the St. John's condo this weekend around Journal Square. Their 1Br is around $1650 with heat and water paid. But it is an older building and amenities are extra.

Which buildings around Grove St. or Newport Path should I be looking at? What are they asking for 1Br at the Regent?
