I've read on this forum that JCPA is not supposed to boot cars unless they have 3 outstanding unpaid tickets (with exception of 2 small parts of the city). Is this policy also applicable to commercial vehicles? Can JCPA boot a commercial vehicle for first time violation of 2 hour zone rule?
