does any know cable provides or satellite provides for zip code 07302 ---dixon mills?

I am very close to putting an offer in for a condo at dixon mills. I have only been in the area during the day. How safe is it for a girl to walk home at night. I usually get home around 7-8 during the week. I heard there have been some concerns about the area.

is wells fargo the best bank to get mortage from? i heard lot of banks will not give a mortgage for dixon b/c only certain % is sold.

do you think the building will have tax abatement at any point? what do you think is reasonable price for 2 bed duplex at dixon? i loved the old historic feel to the condo.

im interested in buying a 2 bedroom duplex at dixon mills but im not sure if i should wait for prices to drop due to market. also tax seemed pretty high since they dont have abatement over $500 month. does anyone have an opinion on this place? i heard there were some mice/structural problems.
