Seeking a Male Actor/Writer/Editor/Reporter to be a part of a new Satirical YouTube Channel

Seeking a Male to join our team to be a part of a new Youtube channel. Team will be composed of two males and two females - everyone's in place - just need a fourth to complete the team.

Who we're looking for? Hudson County, NJ resident with car or near transportation and willing to travel among Jersey City (for some shooting, meetings) and NYC (for shoots). We'll be shooting some things on location in NYC but have a studio in Jersey City and that's where our home base is. It's crucial that you live nearby. Please be a male so we have an even mix of hormones.

Sexual orientation or race not an issue. The ability to get along with the team, willingness to collaborate and wear many hats is a must. Prior acting experience not necessary. A combination of writing, editing and on-camera experience would be ideal.

About the channel: Somewhat in the vain of Colbert Report and Jon Stewart Show. Satirical - definitely not for the faint of heart but it won't make your grandma (the cool one, at least) knock you off the will - completely.

If interested, contact homeinjerseycity@gmail.com telling us a bit about yourself and include a link to samples of your work of any kind (writing, editing, comedy, reporting, on camera - you get the idea) and/or link to a social media page.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Has anyone heard of any news (good or bad) about the mechanic at the Getty station on Garfield (Near the Turnpike entrance)? My neighbors like him and I wanted a second opinion before I took my car in...Thanks!
Also, what's the opinion on Pep Boys here? I got ripped off so much in Brooklyn - and was wondering if this one here had the same bad reputation (they wanted to charge me almost $400 for a tune up...hmmmm....) THANKS!

Good and Relatively Close Beach to Jersey City???

Hi!

I recently moved to Jersey City and I know there are a slew of beaches here.

I am wondering if someone can suggest a beach that is fairly close to JC by car(under 1 1/2 hours - or 1 hour) and pretty cool (can go swimming of course, not extremely crowded - tho I know that might be asking for too much - not a high entrance fee, etc)

I know of Sandy Hook...but have never been there...is that a good one ? Or any other suggestions?

Thanks so much!
