Does anyone know where I can find the wrought iron tree fence, or edging, that everyone in the neighborhood seems to have?

I got a parking ticket on Thursday for "parking without a valid permit" - my permit was clearly posted on my back left window. Has anyone else ever had this problem? If so, how do I avoid a day in court? When I called to complain they just said they would mail me a court date. What a hassle. Any advice would be appreciated. Oh, and I was parked in my zone.
