Your other option is to go through a broker. I know it's not ideal, but they have a better inventory. That's what my husband and I ended up doing. But I definitely suggest walking around and look for For Rent signs. I honestly haven't seen a lot of them. A lot of people are going through Brokers.

Hello all JC residents! On my daily commute I travel up and down the pot hole filled pavement of what is Newark Ave. to get to Rt. 280. Today, to my wonderful surprise, part of Newark Ave. has been paved! I am so overjoyed by this! I hope this paving continues all the way up to Grove St. because the shocks on my car will thank the City!
