Jc fire scanner just reported person having trouble breathing. I doubt its a coincidence. Blaring air raid sirens on such a day as this is criminal.

I wonder if the heart and panic attacks that siren just caused will cause the sufferers to remember 9/11/01 a little more clearly.

Back to the topic, each time I have come that way this week I have seen no less than five cars per green light take the left anyway. No enforcement= another "pretend" law.
