Kinda surprised to see the turnout at last nite's auction at the Hyatt Hotel. I thought the weather would keep most away, boy was I wrong! My bid for the condo's on Morris Street was quickly eclipsed, and the prices went far beyond what I felt the current market could tolerate. One minor complaint, could real estate "maverick" Dan Katz please leave his camera home next time, its really annoying!

Oh my god! I hope this doesn't mean both the Jersey City Fire Inspector and Building Inspector's Office will be held accountable now? That would be tragic indeed.
