I'm out of town and trying to get a sense of what things look like on the ground, particularly by Pacific Ave in back of Liberty State Park. Anybody able to get online from around there? Is there power? Roads flooded? How easy or difficult is it to get in at this point? Via which main roads? Thanks for the help?

1. The neighborhoods fine. There's a good hangout bar and 3/3 bodegas between Pacific and the light rail have great coffee.
2. Could use a cafe/restaurant (if your entrepreneurial)
3. Walk around - Pacific south of Communipaw is beautiful; Lafayette between Pacific and Halladay too.
4. The cost savings are worth it.
5. In the interest of full disclosure I am leaving. But for work. So I'm looking for renters.
