Since the new owner took over I have been back twice and was pleasantly surprised.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the pizza is much better. Also the fact that they are actually open on weekend evenings is great too.

They said they are getting new menues so I am interested to see what other options they will be adding. I haven't tried anything other than the pizza but I am looking forward to trying out some of the other stuff in the near future.

Best of luck to them. I urge everyone in the area to give this place another shot.

Is it required by law for the cabs to turn on their meters?

I have taken cabs from the path station (newport or grove) to my apt on brunswick and have been given a flat charge all but one time.

This flat rate can range from 5 to 8 dollars! When the meter was running it was around $6 (can't remember).

I have tried to reason with them, but as expected it was a fruitless effort.

Any ideas?
