I noticed that Brick Haus will have plenty of high windows wich should give a lot of natural light on both floors.

To think about it $200 per year is not a bad deal, for less than .60 cents per day you have the convenience of not having to walk around with gym clothes.

Club H was supposed to be having a pool but, I heard they will not be having one anymore. From what I know of Brick Haus you will have a great club ,matching Club H but, will have much better price.
