Apartment management recommendations please

We are looking for recommendations for a company or individual to be the goto person for our tenants and take care of leases and payments. Its a small apartment (650) in a walk up on Van Vorst.

We have seen management companies charge from $50 to $100 per month for this service with varying levels of satisfaction from people we've spoken with.

Cheers.

Condo management for 1 unit

Hi all,

Am looking to have a management company manage my rented unit. Interact directly with tenants and fix any leaks or issues they have.

I've heard that RELB in Hoboken offer this but am exploring other options before I decide.

Anyone with good/bad experiences with this and recommendations?

i'm prepared to accept that i'm a sucker but he talks up short sales in a way that it almost makes sense. if bloomberg hadnt published the story i wouldn't have thought twice about it.

tell me how wrong i am.

Re: Tree Pruner killed a tree - who pays removal?

The tree was perhaps 20-25 years old. I know that it wasn't a particularly precious species and heard it referred to as a weed tree in fact.

Its a condo building and I own a unit.

Will check with our insurance policy though perhaps it should be his insurance policy that we need to check. All good surgeons have insurance policies, right?

Hate to see a good tree die, but will wait another month or so to see if all hope is lost.

Tree Pruner killed a tree - who pays removal?

A large tree in our garden was interfering with important wires entering our building.

At the request of the owners, the building management company hired a professional tree pruner.

They did a hatchet job and the tree has not recovered so we are left with an eyesore.

Who pays for the removal of the dead tree and possible tree replacement?

Cheers!
