I ate at Pho Thang Long when it was first opened. The food was alright, but I went back there on another occasion and the food was not as good. It was late in teh evening and maybe the chef has gone for the night! I like the Vietnamese restaurant downtown on Newark better. Hey, there's a new Vietnamese restaurant on Westside called Thanh Huong Restaurant. The place is nice and the food is ok. I notice the price changed a few times (gone up, of course) and sometimes's they would closed the restaurant without notice!! That's not good because I was in a craving for their soup one day and sure enough, they closed the store.
