Need to get new glasses. My prescription is pretty high and I want to be fit properly for frames and lens. I think my best chance is a licensed optician at a private practice. Anyone know of a good one?

Thank you. I've seen JCIA mentioned elsewhere but links to their pages were obsolete.
The dumpster will be used for construction, sidewalk worth of concrete. May be cheaper to go with a commercial vendor. I will contact JCIA to find out. Thank you again.

I'm looking for recommendations for a concrete/masonry contractor. Work is on a concrete sidewalk that needs urgent repair, the past winter did a number on it.
