Can anyone confirm if Dunkin' Donuts is coming to 34 Coles Street in the Village Neighborhood? We hear whisperings but cannot get anything official...

I walked by and spoke to them. Very nice young guys and seems like they are going to keep the interior and bring it back to its roots and redo the outside of the building. A friend told me their location in Montclair is absolutely delicious!

Has anybody been inside the Newkirk/Summit House? Ive heard nothing but horror stories of what the inside looks like these days. Remember what a fantastic spot that place used to be?! The city should look to do something here! What a shame...
