Interested in purchasing a Condo in 2700 Kennedy Blvd. Wondering if any of you live in the building or around the area and can share your insights. My initial take is that building is an old structure, not super managed but just fine. Area is improving and does not have any major crime or major problems. Also would you know anyone who is renting a parking spot in that area. Thanks

Oh hell yeah, you need to be on that like white on rice.

Just don't mind the noise from the folks walking around above you.

I've seen the phoney dog vests and seems like a sleazy option.
My dog is quite large but very friendly and is quite flexible as I've seen him lick his balls and anus with little trouble.

So McNair has an admission system based on race and it is not disputed that to fill these quotas certain criteria are different for these racial groupings ?

Good burger, small and probably overpriced but had a nice taste.

I ordered a double and a single would have been along White Castle small me thinks.

Very slow to prepare and the order of fries were soggy and tiny for the price.

Unless horrible I always give a place a 2nd try.

St Peter University had pool memberships limited to 100 familes or something, bit tatty but a nice good size pool.

Kennedy Blvd and Montgomery Street.
