Are you serious or just ill informed? Every mid-size/large development in JC requires a 3rd party storm water and traffic impact analysis and several also include an analysis on parking impact (although as part of the city's master plan the goal is for jersey city to be more green, i.e. less reliance on cars that require parking and more reliance on mass-transit and bikes).
