Are you talking out of your nose? They are buying at market rate, outbidding buyers and the realtors are in on it, getting both sides of the commission. I can't compete with cash and they are buying the best homes. They don't make any sense buying at market price a $2 million brownstone and renting it for $8k per month. The taxes are half the rent.
