In the downtown area there are quite a few buildings that have short term rentals.

Its worth checking with the rental buildings but to name a few that I know that have these.

Pier Side
70 Greene
225 Grand

Most of these are furnished corporate rentals. The monthly cost may be a little higher.

Also I just saw something in 77 Hudson, but the condo buildings many times have restrictions on this.
