I find that interesting indeed.

The people whom I've taken to wonder bagels and loved bagels(this is the crucial bit) always seem to rave about it and some of these people are old school nj/ny folks who know what a good bagel is.

At times I think the bagels could be cooked longer, with such high volume I just don't expect it to be perfect every single time but it's usually a pretty good rate for me regardless. I try not going when everyone else is going.

Now here's a tip for the bagel freaks. If you goto the legal grounds coffeeshop, they use wonder bagels and with the way they prepare their fixings it always seems to come out better imo. Might have to do with the fact that there is no line out the door and that the bagel is being cooked a 2nd time around.
