Does anyone know when Tender Shoot Farm is closing? Is it the end of this month or sometime later?

Who is the homeless guy with a shopping cart & long white beard?Does anyone know his story or know how I can help him? Should I reach out to JCHAG about it? He is almost always drunk & has a bottle or two of alcohol with him to keep him warm. Sometimes he puts a big jacket over himself to fall asleep.

Tried offering him food & water many times, blankets too. But he always wants money or he wants me to buy him alcohol from the liquor store. Said no to shower offers etc. I want to catch him when he's sober so he won't refuse my offer to help. During the "storm" & "emergency closing" days, a cop said this guy is habitual homeless & they wouldn't help him because he would go from the hospital right back to the streets.

Am looking for recommendations for a handyman or cleaning company who will clean soup & food stuck in in the stove area. Need someone to deep clean and/or fix the stove. Cleaning lady told me she can't do that as she doesn't know how to & without the handyman tools. Property management company said it is the tenant's responsibility.

Do I need a handyman specialized in stove/gas or a cleaning company that does this? Please advise.
