Zephyr and 700 Grove were suing each other with respect to parking and easements. That they settled. Zephyr won the ruling against the builder. Even after the lawyer fees, the association got some $ left over. They did some structural studies on the balconies and fixed issues that caused leaks in the past.
Everything that has come to market sold at the right price. The values in both buildings have gone up 9-10% in the past year. Quote:
