Thanks! Mana is super expensive and there's a waiting list.
I've emailed the JC Arts School and haven't heard back. Any other ideas welcome!!

Hi, I'm looking to rent a small artist's studio in the Lincoln Park area. Only to work in, not live.
Short term - 6 months would be ideal, but could be longer. Small, like 250-350 square feet. I don't need anything fancy or anything. Just a space. A spare room somewhere, whatever. There's plenty of things available like this in Newark, but I'd rather stay in JC. Can anyone help? (FYI - since a couple of people have suggested it to me: Mana Contemp is super $$ and there's a waiting list)
